My name is Daniel A. Stuart and I have been shaping my dreams into metallic reality for over 20 years. I have sold my artwork to people all over the world, had a presence in various high-end art shows and galleries, and own a building at the Maryland Renaissance Festival.

That’s the nuts and bolts of it but nuts and bolts are for machines and we are more than that aren't we? I create conversations for people who want to express their ideas and creativity. That’s really what I do and who I am.

I love ideas that carry with them a sense of depth. It is a real privilege to create jewelry pieces around these ideas and give those who resonate with them a physical reminder that they can share with the world. I also create creatures, fossils, artifacts, and sometimes “creepy” things because it evokes a childlike sense of wonder and adventure. A time when, as a child, the woods really did hide monsters, fairies, and buried treasures. Truth be told, now as it was then, that wondrous spirit lies within us and is brought out by the stories we tell ourselves. 

Look deeply at my work and read the story that it reflects back to you. When you look at art you do not only see the artist but, more often than not, another side of yourself. The world is a mirror and a canvas. Look into it and paint with broad strokes a story that enlivens your soul. Share that passion and allow your ideas to expand. If my art can help you express that then I am truly blessed and my work is time well spent. Every piece, like everyone of us, has a story. Be proud of your story and share it with the world. Not everyone will care but some will. One person at a time we make our connections in the world and expand.
